About Us

Davis & Davis Company has been in business since 1941. The business was started by Mr. Carl Davis and his brother, Mel, with the Daniel Orifice Fitting line and two or three related lines. The company progressed through the years with Mr. Carl Davis as the President, and in 1965 Lou Culman purchased the company from Mr. Carl Davis. Lou continued to run the company for 22 years.

In 1987, Greg Stephens negotiated to buy the company from Lou Culman. Greg Stephens had been with the company 10 years prior to becoming President and was with Daniel Industries for 2-1/2 years prior to coming to Davis & Davis. He holds a BA in Business Administration and a Finance Degree from Sam Houston State University.

Davis & Davis Company is a Colorado Corporation. All of the stock is owned by Greg Stephens.

Between 1965 and 1998, Davis & Davis Company has grown approximately fifteen times its original size and is still growing in people and profits. Davis & Davis Company now employs the following people:
