PECO Filter Vessels – Parker Industrial Process Filtration Division
In oil & gas applications, contaminants come in a wide variety of forms. Not only are we dealing with the removal of solids, liquids and gases but also complex mixtures which create sludges, gels and foams.
At Parker we believe that proper oil & gas filtration shouldn’t be solved by just one type of equipment or cartridge style. That is why we have a variety of PECO filter vessels and cartridges to handle even the most difficult of contaminant removal challenges.
We always believe “The Contaminant Dictates the Method” upon which filter products we select. With over eight PECO categories of filter vessels and a multitude of PECO depth and pleated cartridge options, we can ensure the right selection for our customers’ application needs.
GAS FILTER-COALESCERS
Horizontal gas coalescer providing ultra-clean gas with high efficiency removal of solid and liquid contaminants down to 0.3 microns. It is designed to remove liquids such as lubricating oils, low surface tension liquids and aerosol mists. Made in 6″ to 84″ diameters with stock options available.
GAS COALESCERS
Vertical gas coalescer with highly efficient removal of aerosol mist down to the 0.3 micron level. Made in 6″ to 60″ diameters with stock options available.
GAS FILTER-SEPARATORS
Vertical and horizontal quick change filter-separator for solid and liquid contaminant removal 1 micron and larger. Vessel contains a first stage filter cartridge followed by a second stage mist extraction device such as a wave plate or cyclotube. Made in 6″ to 84″ diameters.
GAS PARTICULATE FILTERS
Vertical and horizontal quick change gas filter for removal of dry, solid contaminants. Variety of micron rating filtration levels available. Made in 6″ to 84″ diameters.
GAS SEPARATORS & SCRUBBERS
Vertical and horizontal separators and scrubbers utilizing a vane mist extractor to remove liquid contaminants 8-10 microns and larger. Best for removing hydrocarbon liquids and water. Made in 12″ to 120″ diameters.
LIQUID PARTICULATE FILTERS
Vertical and horizontal liquid filter for removal of solid contaminants. Provides high flow rate and high contaminant loading by utilizing large 6” diameter cartridges in 40″, 60″, 80″ lengths. Variety of cartridge styles and micron rating filtration levels available. Made in 10″ to 84″ diameters.
LIQUID / LIQUID PHASE COALESCERS
Horizontal vessel for coalescing and separating two immiscible liquids with an inlet discontinuous phase up to 10% by volume. Uses high flow style tooless cartridge technology with an advanced new vessel design to optimize separation. Made in 10″ to 84″ diameters.
CARBON ADSORBERS
Vertical vessel using quality, activated carbon in canisters to adsorb dissolved liquid impurities from process streams such as air, gas, water, amine and glycol. Helps prevent foaming, odor and hydrocarbon contaminant build-up. Made in 14″ to 66″ diameters.
